The check was nice and quick. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean and well presented. The set breakfast menu had a fair selection to choose from. The service all round was very good.

Very friendly staff, helped me get taxis and told them the location I wanted to go. If the staff thought the price was not fair they would get different taxi service for me. The room is good sized and the AC works great. The room is also very clean and the cleaning staff dud a great job every day. The shower is nice sized and also clean only wish the water pressure was a little better.

I booked 6 nights and the room smelled of dust so bad with the air conditioning on that it made me ill. I asked for a change of room three times but they were fully booked. I had to go and get another hotel on the second night for fear of my health and guess what. There is no refund. So if you like to make a gamble and lose money then try your chances in this hotel. The worst room i have ever stayed in. Never again!

They cancelled our rooms without notifying us, and it was so late it's not like I can quickly find another place, so we got the "last" room they had, which was a smoking room. And it's gross. 0/5, would not recommend or do again.

Didn't stay here but just on service and facilities they were really good. This is where we will stay next time in Bangkok. The staff were excellent.
