Wonderful location and incredible customer service. Born, the concierge, has been very helpful. He set us up with a great tour, tickets to a show, and he even spent time researching a spa in town that used products that are chemical free (I have an annoying contact allergy). The breakfast spread has something for everyone. This morning the head chef, Jakob, spent time casually chatting with us about the hotel restaurants and what we might see and taste over the next few days. Truly a great experience at the Athenee Hotel with some of the kindest staff ... ALL of them!

Another perfect stay! Everything here is magnificent from the location to the rooms and the facilities. Breakfast is massive and of very high quality. Lots of live cooking, fruits and pastries change day by day and they even have a custom juice bar. Rooms are something special. Much nicer and classier than most the new hotels in Bangkok that have the cookie cutter modern look. I look forward to coming back to soon!

One of the best in town. More than 5 stars service. Staffs are friendly with smiles. It is not that expensive compare to some other hotels that claimed to be 5 stars. It has very nice restaurants ranging from buffet, Chinese, Thai, Japanese and French...

Nice hotel with great service and location. Good pool and gym. Beds were the best of all the higher end hotels we stayed in Thailand.

We had an amazing experience and stay at this Luxury Collection Hotel. Customer service at every level was over and above the call of duty. We were upgraded to a room on the 25th floor - - a Club Floor and we had the opportunity to have breakfast, tea, and 6 pm cocktails and food. The pool, fitness center and other facilities were terrific. The staff at breakfast in the Raintree Cafe was diverse and fantastic.
