Tha Maharaj Mall is one of only a handful of shopping destinations in Bangkok’s historic Old City. Nice riverside area for some photos and cafes to chill while waiting for the sunset. Best part is there is parking space while it was tough to find parking the whole area before this place. Some tourists here and you are able to board some short cruises along Chao Praya river.

Nice place in the evening, not too crowed. Live music in the evening, on the rooftop of the building. You can sit there for no charge, looking the river view and listen to the music. My favorite destination is Starbucks. There’s also the Coffee Club next to it. Both cafe are next to the river, I like sipping hot coffee and watch the river here on my free time.

What? Cant believe this is something people are recommending to visit. A few chain restaurants strung together on the riverside. Came here on the way to Khao San Road for something else to see.. waste of time. So many better places to go in Bangkok.
