Extremely interesting scientific institution where they make antivenin and rabies vaccine. The commentary is in English and Thai. The demonstration taking venom from the snakes is at 11 and snake handling at 14.30 but you can go and return

Really cool place to learn all about snakes, their habitats and how their venom affects the human body. The exhibits and videos are pretty detailed, and are available in Thai and English. Make sure to plan your visit around their snake show, which occurs once a day (14:30 when I visited). They bring out a variety of snakes to show the audience, and at the end they let you take a photo with a real yellow boa python! The cost for an adult ticket is 200 Bhat. My friend and I enjoyed this more than we thought!
