Beautiful hotel situated in the middle of bangkok. The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. They have a great recreation floor with gym , jacuzzi and steam etc. Well maintained and what a 5 star hotel should look like. The breakfast has a vast selection of different food to cater to all needs and well as a tasty selection of order as you need. Only point that I feel needed a little improvement was the room service. Food was decent but not on the level of a 5 star. Overall a great stay.

Excellent location. From Siam Sytrain Station its just a few minutes walk through a high end mall. Chill out in the expansive lobby lounge. Well trained, competent staff are keen to take care of you.

The hotel is very nice indeed, the hospitality, the resort vibe, the cleanliness and room design is five star. The swimming pool is nice, and the kids club is fun and the hotel location is very strategic. I think the only thing that is average is the breakfast spread. The food choices are quite limited for the price one has to pay. Room for improvement for sure and will surely come back again one day!

Music band at lobby very good! Beautiful sound, great band, the instrument long stick behide singer looks amazing, never see before , first time here. Bakery and cakes at lobby bar are nice. Carrot cake

Literally an oasis in the heart of Bangkok! It's so easy to get to the shops with Siam and Siam Paragon shopping mall right next to it. Yet, it can feel like you are not in the city at all once you are inside the hotel. There is also a large swimming pool. Too bad there were people smoking nearby
