I have been visiting Bangkok every year since last 12 years and always stay at this property. Location is very good. The tariff the charge is worth paying. It has lovely River View, nice Ambience. Room size is good with all the amenities. Staff :- Lovely, Humble and all the time available for the guest. Hassle free check in and check out. Wide assortment in breakfast with river view. I would highly recommend this property

From the moment we arrived we were treated with respect. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was incredible. The hotel is close the the river taxi's as well as the sky train, making sight seeing and shopping very easy. I definitely recommend this hotel.

An oasis in the heart of Bangkok - absolutely beautiful with incredible food in every venue. Jazz singers with piano in the lobby and at nightly happy hours, afternoon tea daily, incredible multinational multi-stationed buffet breakfast served daily... convenient to all types of travel - sky train, hop-on/hop-off boats... Near temples, shopping, cultural areas. Absolutely loved it!

We stayed here two nights and paid extra for 'The Lounge'. We were very comfortable here, really nice atmosphere in the hotel, fantastic breakfast, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. I much preferred the location of this hotel versus others near the Central Embassy; as this location is much less polluted and right by the river and opposite a shopping icon in the city (IconSiam). The gym and spa facilities are very good too. The pool is really large and it's a really relaxing vibe out there in the hot Bangkok evenings. I think it's definitely paying extra for 'the lounge' as you get great spaces with great views of the city and it's very helpful to get a snack here or there.

Awesome property, facilities and great rooms! No question that I would stay here again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was huge, always clean and the beds were very comfortable. If you're already not in the Gold circle (like me) definitely pay the extra to gain access to the top floor Club Lounge. It offers complimentary happy hour and heavy bites and your choice of breakfast in the lounge or the man floor. I recommend the main floor, more selection and anything you could possibly want. The pool area is great, perfect for families. The gym is a really well equipped and clean. The spa is awesome too!
