Description
Siam's laboratory-style restaurant, Shabu Lab, treats shabu like a science. Here among test tubes and beakers you're encouraged to create the perfect broth by mixing and matching flavors like tom jaew (sour), ma la (salty), sukiyaki (sweet) and kimchi (salty and sour). You can also experiment with different dipping sauces, namely suki, seafood, ponzu, sesame, Chinese and lemongrass, which you can alter by adding more chili, lemon or green onion. We recommend mixing in one of the onsen eggs, prepared at 62.5 degrees Celsius, for a super-silky texture. Approx cost for two people Rs 923.

Quality Shabu comes with delicious soup: original soup, black soy sauce soup and spicy soup. Please make sure that you can eat spicy because spicy soul here is highly different from the others. It’s really hot!!! Meat, vegetables and snack are also delicious. There are 2 prices: 399 Baht per pax and 499 Baht per pax.

good quality of meat and veg. Price is reasonable 499THB and you can get Hagendaz icecream as many flavor. And the greatest is the owner is super taken care all customers as family members. I really love this restaurant.
