I stayed here for almost a week and I must say that the staff here is outstanding. Each and every associate I met was impeccably customer service oriented. Props to whoever the hiring manager is. Really, I seldom run into a property where I enjoyed meeting the entire team -- I say this from experience as I work in corporate in the industry and have high expectations from our assets. Special shout out to the adorable young man who works at the fitness center on Wednesday nights -- Game I think is his name. Great kid, responsive to guests and an excellent smile. If I could pack him up and take him home with me I would. Would hire him at any of my hotels.

December 2019 I’m back and as usual, you can expect great service all round. Morning breakfast is awesome with great selection and quality. Didn’t quite care for the head Chef reprimanding a local chef in the presence of guests. They are ‘guests’ after all and here to train local staff become better and not lord over them like colonial masters. No matter how frustrated you are or how incompetent the employee may be, do remember that it is a work place after all. Treat people with respect. Please have a chat with the Chef about this. June 2019 The room is clean and nice. Service is just TOP notch and fast. Found a muesli with mold on the strawberry and the manager and Chef came to the table to do a service recovery and apologised for the incident. It was an isolated incident because the food was just great overall and the phenomenal service made up for the mishap. This is our second time here and I still highly recommend this hotel. Good job guys.

Superb hotel with excellent location. Service is top notch. Staff very helpful, hotel is clean and comfortable with gym and swimming overlooking superb view. Breakfast is good and club lounge food are spoiled with choices. We also have beyond meat burger for room service which is not great. I prefer the normal burger better.

Well, my first time in Thailand. Really enjoyed this hotel. Great location, excellent service, super delicious food (they serve the best and high quality vegetables and fruits). Room is terrific. Recommended for family and business trip to Bangkok.

So far this is the best hotel I've stayed in Bangkok. Hilton millennium is on par, but all the others I've been didn't quite get full marks for some minor reason or in one or two cases but more than minor. Rooms are super modern, spotlessly clean. Staff super friendly. If a had a complaint it would be that the water pressure could be a bit stronger.
