I have stayed at this hotel on four different locations. There are some older rooms and suites awaiting refurbishment that are still excellent, and some outstanding rooms that have been updated. Both the updated rooms and those awaiting refurbishment are on-par with what you would find in America, however, the staff and customer service, responsiveness are better than what I have experienced in most America hotels of this grade, and generally on-par with the level above. The bar is small and comfortable, and the restaurant - Indian Cuisine - equal to what you would find in London. I have stayed at the hotel four times for a reason, and it is where I will stay again when in Bangkok.

Not very impressed with the rooms. Advertised as 5* but room I was given was a poor 3*. Staff were 5* though and breakfast buffet catered for all needs. Too many Bangkok hotels are delivering sub standard products. They are offered as hugely discounted by the likes of Agoda. Apparently I saved 47 000 on a 3 night stay. Reality is I overpaid for what I actually received. Would not stay here again. Location was good for what I needed to do.

Absolute perfection !! what a haven of peace and serenity in the heart of Sukhumvit, I loved loved loved this place, our newly-renovated room was the best in comfort and efficiency, loved everything about it, including the glass bottles of water placed daily in the room, well done Radisson for going the extra mile and switching plastic for glass ! Breakfast was beyond superb, breakfast room and service is so attentive and luxurious, really loved everything about this place, highly recommend it !!

Old and not renovated, on that aspect rating should be 2 stars as you spend too much on brand name but hotel is not up to mark. But their frontdesk staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, full of options. Free shuttle service to nearby main roads and BTS station is available.

For God sake don't mislead by calling this a 4 star. The corridors stink. The carpets are dirty and when I checked in I could see that the trash wasn't cleared.
