One of the newest hotels in Bangkok, operation is not at its full swing. Place is nice, environment is relax and staff are friendly and helpful. We come for another visit to Bangkok and stay here again after a year, the hotel is fully operated. Not only the facilities are good, the customer services are also excellent. We visited another time for a leisure trip to celebrate birthdays of my friends. Staff are so kind and professional to make our trip a wonderful one.

We went there for a drink. Drinks are normal but we have been overcharged 880 bath for peanuts. The problem here is staff didn’t mention to us peanut is not free and price is not published in menu neither. We never been charged by peanut when drinking in other hotel. And in case there is some bar peanut is not free, staff will mention about it when bring it out. They keep refill without telling anything about the charge. Never comeback for sure and will tell all my friends to avoid this hotel. Guys please be careful not to be like us. Cannot believe a famous hotel chain can cheat on customer like this. So disappointed

Beautiful, gorgeous hotel and views. The location is quite good and staff is super friendly. The rooms have plenty of space and amenities like bath robe, bath tube and other stuff.

Room layout was great and functional. Finish and furnishing is top notch. Room service is fast and food is great quality. Service is exemplary and everyone is very helpful and makes sure your requests are delivered and you are well taken care of. Definitely have this on top of your hotel shortlist when visiting Bangkok!

An establishment that understands people with great taste and elegance. A strong recommendation for dining, accommodation, or a simple drink whilst enjoying the sunset. Thank you for the remarkably gracious experience.
