The rooms are clean and spacious. The shower worked great. The rooftop pool is nice but not very big (not enough beds) and closes too early. The reception staff is friendly and speaks English. It's very close to Nana square so location has good and bad sides. If you are a guy alone coming home at night you will get surrounded by street girls.

I enjoyed my stay at Novotel. There are a lot of pluses associated with staying at this property. It is truly a hidden gem. I appreciated the warm and friendly smiles coupled with the assistance at check-in. The biggest negative, was the hassle with the mini-bar (which I hadn’t used anything) at time of check out. Despite the mini-bar menagerie, I believe I would still return to Novotel the next time I desired to stay in the Nana area.

Good service. Good room. Good food. What's not to like? Location is quite convenient near nana Station. However the evening/nights are chaotic, lots of pubs and red light district around. Of course it's fine if you don't indulge in any of it and just make a beeline for your hotel. Definitely not that suitable for families with kids. However any adults would find this hotel a great balance for quality and value if you can overlook the night scene.

We have stayed for 3 night in this hotel. The hotel shared the same building with ibis hotel. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The front desk and concierge staff are nice and helpful. There’s also a shuttle to Nana BTS station. In general the room has an excellent value. However, there was no hot water on the first 2 nights but the staff has came and fixed it within half an hour. The water pressure was so slow and the sink drain was a bit clogged. I don’t really like the location of the hotel although it’s quite convenient. It’s located in a district with a lot of bars and clubs so it doesn’t suitable for travellers with kids and people who do not like nightlife.

The room is cozy & well maintain. The staff are friendly. The hotel also has a good panoramic view at the rooftop, along with the swimming pool
