Stayed for a week between Christmas and New Year’s 2019-20 for the White Party. Perfect location, easy walking distance to Central World. Clean, efficient, comfortable hotel with large buffet breakfast available at good price. Gym equipment in good condition and with a fine selection of options. Only odd point: shower took a very long time to heat up. A bit remote from tourist areas but convenient to transit. Family friendly.

Apart from the clean room and bathroom, its restaurant The Square covers all types of cuisines so that there's something for everyone. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, I enjoyed every meal here. The best part about the hotel is it's location. It's really close to the Pratunam Fashion Mall and walking distance from CentralWorld. Another highlight is the number of options for food and drinks right outside the hotel. If you're going to just stay in Bangkok, this would be a great choice to cover all types of food and your shopping needs.

hotel room is clean and very convenient for shopping, however, for the week I stay in this hotel, almost every night there is pool side party next to the swimming pool. the music was noisy till 11pm, so I could not sleep until then. in some days the noisy music run after 11:30pm, so it was disappointed to me that the staff didn't finish the party on time.

Nice mid tier hotel in a very convenient location. However a few design flaw in the standard room that needs to be improve. Sink area get wet due to shower water coming out under the glass door, tissue gets stuck in the built in tissue box, dustbin cover keeps hitting the vanity, cupboard door can't be close because the safe is too big for the cupboard... The toilet bowl in my room is not fix to the wall firmly, it moves a little when you seat on it... However, overall is a nice hotel in the shopping area.

The rooms were very smelly to the point that i could not sleep anymore. The first time i was questioned what the problem was. At 1am. The second time i was offered a different room at 3:30 am because now the staff recognizes the stingy smell which cane from the air condition. This room quickly also started to smell. But my criticism is that no one seemed to care the first time and at checkout i was not considered in any way. No sorry. No nothing. Last time Novotel Bangkok.
