-Friendly staffs and excellent services. When I requested to change rooms due to noise as my room is directly in front of the lift, they just help me arranged it. They provide shuttle services too for your convenience. -cleanliness Tip top condition with regular room make up. The only con I encounter was the room, had a bad noise cancelling. You can literally hear what's going around outside. Overall, it was okay. Comfy bed, very clean, and excellent services.

the room is cozy and bed is soft. nice breakfast. light inside room is a bit dim. Easy to get around with free buggy service. Good overall experience.

Hotel is okay. Rooms are acceptable with the price we’ve paid for. However, staff aren’t very helpful. I’ve tried asking them to call a restaurant to make reservations and they ask if I can’t make reservation from my phone. If I can do so, I will not request right? Walls are very thin hence you can hear people next door quite clearly. Overall experience is alright.

Nice cozy affordable hotel within walking distance to Pratunam. Located in a quiet street away from the busy areas. Use the free buggy service to travel out to the main road. The elevator was a tad tiny for a hotel; otherwise every else was fine

Stay at this hotel June this year when I'm in Bangkok, friendly staff and nice room designed, but the room is quite dim eventhough all the lights opened. It is considered as a signature place which most of the Grab car driver know it, so quite easy to get a booking of Grab. There's a FamilyMart nearby so you do not need to worry about where to get your breakfast!
