I've given this place three stars because I was not allowed to access any of the buildings. However, the park itself is a little oasis within the busy city. There is a nice air-conditioning little coffee hut on the pond and several of the owners boats. If you're passing by it's worth dropping in. It's free to enter even though the sign at the gate said private property, no entry. The security guard will wave you through. There is no reception or any leaflets available giving you the history of this place. This place is next door to the huge British Embassy compound.

The security personnel was very impolite, politeness is basic respect for one another when we are asking for directions within the premises. I didn’t get his name, middle aged man l, happened 26/12 approx 9.35am. Disappointed with the service quality for such a high quality place

classical treat in the middle of the capital city. there are small museum, restuarant, coffee shop, conference room and else. many big trees and flowers all over the area. the also show the 'historic' bus and 100-year old car that were use during King Rama V days. A perfect place to 'take a break' from the busy bangkok.

Nai Lert Park Heritage Home Built in 1915, Nai Lert Park Heritage Home was designed by Phraya Bhakdinorasreth (Lert Sreshthaputra), which was his permanent residence that he shared with his beloved wife, Khunying Sinn (Thevit) and his daughter Thanpuying Lursakdi Sampatisiri who later married Khun Binich Sampatisiri. For three generations, Nai Lert family lived in the house until it was decided in 2012 to convert the private residence to a heritage property where greater community shall appreciate the experience and its historical charms. Almost three years of restoration work has returned Nai Lert Park Heritage Home to the former grandeur, leaving the teak wooden floors, pillars, and century-old trees intact. Nai Lert Park Heritage Home and its surroundings spread across 14 rai (24,000 sqm) of lush ground. The House showcases series of antiques and artefacts since World War II until present, all of which are of the family's private collections. Today, Nai Lert Park Heritage Home is operated by the family's third and fourth generations, with a primary purpose in mind, and that is to continue Nai Lert legacy and making the history come alive.
