Overall, the hotel is not up to my expectation because the toilet was a little smelly and the pool as well as rooftop bar were not as cool as expected. I did not use the pool at all. That's why the hotel cant get full score :) However, I was impressed with the variety of dishes for breakfast. Also, the concierge and security staff are very helpful. I would like to thank them very much. I really miss the staff after leaving :) Wish you a Merry Christmas :)

Excellent Hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, free shuttle to sky train, great food 24/7 in the hotel, great location, and great price! There's not much more you can ask except I'd just like to note that the room is more like a 4 star hotel rather than a 5 star. But that didn't stop me from loving my stay there. I will surely return.

Great front desk staffs with great smiles.Good location, room is clean, and staffs are very helpful. the staff took effort to help my stay prefect. Really appreciate it. Thanks to Ms Kung and the lady who was beside her(sorry, I forgotten to remember her name who help me check with the room keeper.). Thank you very much.

Everything was just wonderful. The staff were so friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing. The room cozy and comfy, very clean with a good power shower. The only small issue was the AC didn't seem to get very cold, never got it below 20.degrees and as we were 3 in a room it was always a little warmer than we liked but nothing major! I am back in BK in November and will def consider staying again.

The room was clean and the staff were helpful. I didn't enjoy any of the facilities because I was very busy but I hope I'll do in the future. The location is great and calm. I always prefer the hotel gives the customer an option of taking all the mini bar items out of the room before arrival. I appreciate the hotel had bus shuttle services to some destinations although I didn't use this service. The breakfast was very good. Thank you for everything.
