Mayfair - Bangkok    Share

Extremely clean serviced apartment with all the amenities. After being in Bangkok all day and sweating and waking, it was such a wonderful treat to walk into the Mayfair. It had such a wonderful smell that made it feel like a home. From the door greeters to front desk, we were treated with such respect and kindness. We got dressed up to go out to dinner one night and the door greeter complimented us and was so kind and even offered to take our picture. It’s in a very fun part of Bangkok with so much around if you only have a few days. Loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

Omg! I just love my stays here! I stayed at a 3 bedroom suites and everything was just nice and pleasant! They also secretly planned my birthday decoration with a delicious carrot cake. Especially I wanted to thanks Mr.Sun who is from night shift front desk. He made our stay unique and feel welcomed! Please give a big raise to Mr.Sun. He is the most important asset in this property! I cant wait to stay at this property again!

Staying 4 nights here, love their 3 bedroom suites! Its spacious and nice decorated. And also! Mr. SUN from reception was so friendly! He also provide us lots of info/tips about the area. Big shout out to him!

I like the serviced apartments, very useful for a family, but I was somewhat disappointed by the decor, both lobby and rooms.. within Thailand we are used to higher standards, more tastefully decorated and always more of a local touch. Still, everything works like it should so meets expectations from that perspective

Overall a very positive experience. Convenient location, large well equipped rooms/suites, attentive, pleasant and responsive staff. Kudos to the manager Ms Sawanee Areephan for a great customer experience. Breakfast (and food) are expensive. We simply chose it for the convenience. There is something with the ventilation that would suddenly cause our suite to fill up with food odors. Maintenance promptly dropped off a noisy air ionizer when we complained which leads me to believe that this is a more than a common occurrence.
