Don’t pre-book here. This hotel is closed and being remodeled. They will try to send you to their “sister” hotel , the Lucky Grand Palace, which is a smelly run down dump with small rooms . It is a scam . Stay elsewhere

Good location, close to skytrain station. Everything else was bad. Rooms were dirty, old beds with bedbugs. Walls were so thin that you good easily talk to the neighbour through the wall. Bizarre sigs everywhere prohibitin things like smashing elevator buttons or bringing ladyboys into your room. Water heater in the shower didn't work and the water smelled like a fish.
