This is a pretty good place if you want to know a part of thai history. Would recommend to slowly go through and read the history.

This is a beautiful museum, dedicated to the man who was the last of Siam’s absolute monarchs, and who loved his country and people so much, and believed in democratic principles that he believed Thailand deserved to be run under, he gave up his throne, so a constitutional government operating under elections could be created. Quite a man; quite a museum honoring such important historical figure in Thailand’s modern development. Well worth checking out. All displays translated into English.

This is a free admission venue. Lots of great information on the life of King Prajadhipok and his wife. Very well laid out chronologically with some great artifacts and photos. Took about 2 hours to go through, thoroughly enjoyed it! Much better than the Bangkok national museum! Definitely recommend!!
