You need to register and get a "shopping card" before you can make a purchase. You need to fill in plenty of details including your flight number, etc. and scan your passport.. Then you buy something and you don't even get it, they transfer it to the airport for you and you need to wait in another queue to pick the items up. Better to buy things at the airport directly. It's crowded and noisy. Unless you are Chinese, you will feel like you do not belong there.. One extra star is for the selection of brands.

Very very good duty free mall. Large, many products, reasonable price, many promotions. Really really love Too much tourist haha Good food and not too expensive.

Great food. I love the crispy banana snacks (กล้วยแขก) at the food court. The staff at the food court were friendly and helpful. On the other hand, staff at the cosmetic counter were rude. Looking down at you like you can’t afford a thing (especially Ysl counter)

Good place to shelter from the heat for a while. The shops are the same ones you find in the duty free at the airport. Unless you have loads of cash and time, there isn't much else here.
