This was my favorite hotel in Bangkok for many many years. Not because of the rooms (which are in need of a major renovation) but because of the staff. They are simply the best. From the bell desk to the front desk to the executive lounge to housekeeping..everyone is always smiling, helpful and sincere. They always remembered my name, remembered which rooms were my favorite, how I like my coffee and the list goes on and on. I can’t say enough good things about them all. Try it if you can. You will not be disappointed.

This is my favorite JW Marriott in the world. Everything down to the littlest details are just spot on and consistent too. The rooms modern and spotless plus nightly turn down service. I get some platinum elite love too which includes an upgrade plus executive lounge access. The lounge is great with a top capable staff. The food in the lounge for breakfast and a light dinner were great also. Lovely lobby and staff there also. My only rub is that the restaurants in the hotel are all very very expensive. Goid food but priced on the high end value wise.

Stayed along with my friend. Enjoyed every minute of stay. Good location, walkable distance from Nana station. Surrounded many number of Indian restaurants. Good spread of buffet. More varieties. Definitely love to come back.

Stayed in hotel for 5 nights. Check-in was easy and quick. Great location directly across from Pavillion. Suite on 8th floor facing pool was spacious and quiet. Bed and shower were good. Morning breakfast buffet had a decent selection and omelet was good. Staff was very friendly. Only 4 stars because refrigerator was not cold at all. Asked for a different one, but still wasn’t cold. Also card system in elevator was difficult to use. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Nothing more to say than: awesome. One of the best stays I ever experienced. The room is perfect. The executive lounge is a perfect combination to the excellent service. Location wise, everything is near by walk or short way by taxi.
