We enjoyed our brief stay. We were upgraded. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was superb. Great location. Convenient for transportation, shopping and restaurants.

Best place to stay in during your visit to Bangkok. Great staff and service. Security all the time. 24h service. Direct entrance to Terminal 21 shopping mall but make sure that the door will be close at 10pm. Direct entrance to Asok BTS station to get your train to all stations avoiding traffic all the time. You can rent your private limousine from the hotel by hour or to the airport. Overall, I give them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Superb location, great service and hotel room was very comfortable. I would have given 5 stars if the breakfast buffet spread had been better and child amenities were provided!

Had to wait till 3 to check in. Thats an hour sat in reception area. Booked a double room and got given a twin. They apologised giving the reason they are busy. What sort of excuse is that. Its a hotel charging elevated prices because its Christmas. I wrote a letter of complaint and the following day I was moved to a different room. Only stayed 3 night. Won't be staying again

A nice hotel in general, spacious rooms and clean environment. Some parts in the room look a bit dated but maintenance is still in good condition. Attentive services and good quality food. It locates at Terminal 21 which is next to BTS Asok station, within walking distance and easily accessible from the shopping arcade. Very convenient location.
