Room service was fast. Front desk was efficient. Very nice location, linked directly to Fortune Town and the easily accessible huge mall accross the street. You'll never run out of dining options. Very near a train station as well.

It’s my second time revisit this hotel. The rooms window sound proof is bad, if your room is facing the main roads. Overall the service is pretty good, helpful staff.

I am very particular when it comes to massages. I found the perfect spa at Grand Mercure Bangkok Fortune. Professional and friendly staff, great masseuses. The spa is exceptionally clean and very new. I've been in Bangkok only 7 days, and I've had four massages already at this spa. I'll be going back again before I leave for back home. HIGHLY recommended!
