I have always stayed at the Grand Hyatt Erawan in Bangkok....the service is outstanding they make you feel so welcome it is amazing. The rooms especially the garden Villa where we stayed is beautiful and comfortable. Combined with the great food offerings and location. I can't think of any other place to stay. I also particularly love the site and sounds of the adjacent located Erawan Shrine.

A few years ago I ate at The Dining Room and remembered that the food is spectacular. This time I came for a wedding. It always gave this lively vibe which is a little different from other luxurious hotels. I do like the decor here as it didn’t just give off the gold/warm color you’d find in other hotels. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

My first time in Grand Hyatt Erawan Hotel which is perfect location for shopping, food exploring and visiting Erawan shrine. Breakfast buffet is excellent and service is great! I love it's deco and the high ceiling. Conceige is extremely helpful to book massage spa and transportation advice. Valet parking staff also call taxi for me and write down the info of price, color ,and taxi license plate number for me to keep. This is what I call hospitality!

The hotel may be a bit on the older side, but it is evident that they have put the effort to keep it up to date, whether it be the furnishing, the food, and even in the way daily newspapers are delivered (online via QR code). The hotel rooms are plush and filled with all the amenities you need. In case you do are in need of things, there is a list of items that you can easily get from the list provided in the room. Staff are friendly and accommodating, and strive to ensure that your experience meets their vision of excellence. The pool is spacious and the gym is equally well equipped. I can't say I did not enjoy my stay here. Do note that the meeting facilities and other unique points such as The Residence are things to consider too.

Very good facilities and professional, helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. Executive lounge could do with a bigger range of food and some house-made cocktails (not just wine and mixed drinks).
