Stayed here for 4 nights. Clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. Everything is very efficient. Good location. Very comfortable and highly recommend. The only problem is that the shower is not hot enough, max temperature is just hot. Bed 9/10, shower 7/10, cleanliness 9/10, value for money 8/10.

Love the location. It’s not too far from Main Street. So you can walk via the back gate to Terminal 21. There is also a hooters and a bar down the hotel. Massage parlours are nearby too. Room is clean and comfortable. Bathroom amenities are provided as well.

We would usually stay when we visit Bangkok. The rooms are clean and tidy, and spacious and their buffet breakfast is good too. It is situated in a good location and is convenient. Located just a few minutes walk from the BTS station and is close to Terminal 21.

Great location, good quick check in with complimentary upgrade. 4 star - They have some renovation going on and so multiple floors smell like paint...not cool. Wasn't listed anywhere when booking.

As an Ambassador Elite, I am quite pleased with the level of service and accommodation this Four Points has to offer. Front office is very friendly and helpful. I travel often internationally, and I would consider this one of the top hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I am very satisfied with the level of service and respect that I was treated. Highly recommend. Close to the Terminal 21 mall and a short walking distance to the BTS skytrain station. This location is also walking distance to an outdoor shopping area called Art Box which is amazing to visit at night. Rooms were very clean, and the breakfast buffet has a great variety. The pool/bar area at the top was also very nice. My only bad experience was when I requested for a cab to visit Khaosan Road, they were requesting a cab service (flat rate) which was quite expensive. We ended up walking around the corner to find a cab (metered) to take us there for cheaper. Other than that, I would highly recommend staying at this location, and I will be sure to stay again in the future.
