Sensationell - That’s the first impression we have for this hotel. Extremely friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet. The service in the bar is really good and the cocktails tasty. The rooms have been clean and the bed very comfortable. Furthermore the location directly next to the train is just perfect if you are staying just for some nights. We will definitely come back!

A Perfect place to stay in Bangkok. Service & hospitality are incredible, hotel has all the utilities you can ever ask and the view from a pool is incredible. Not mentioning the big breakfast buffet, great cocktails at the pool bar and very convenient location. It is the best value for money you could ask. Definitely a place worth to stay.

A beautiful hotel to stay right in the center. If you have access to executive lounge you will enjoy delicious starters and cocktails with a view. Very friendly staff.

Overall the hotel was very good but there were a few little things that took away from the overall experience. On the positive the hotel is clean and very well presented with large guest rooms. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. Unfortunately the guest rooms didn't have an iron and ironing board (I'm a business traveller so this is an important feature) and the room only came with 2 bottles of water (in single use plastic bottles). The most frustrating thing though is there are only 4 elevators and this isn't enough at peak times, causing delays getting around and a packed space.

I had a very nice stay here. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Bathroom was also clean (the hotel has a sign said the if you dont want to change the towel, you need to hang up in the designed spot. However, Even though I hung up the towel, they still change that). There was no hairdryer and iron in the room, but you can ask them. There was only 2 bottle of mineral water. Pool has incredible view. Breakfast was superb, they provided may kinds of food. They has a direct contact to BTS station and it was really helpful.
