Had a 4 day stay in this hotel. Was very pleased as they gave me early check in morning 9 am without extra cost. That was amazing as routinely i had to wait till 2 pm for check-in in other hotels. Break fast was really good. Rooms r neat and clean. staff i found very courteous. Especially male receptionist, he was really helpful. It's in busy area. 7-11 right infront of hotel. So no need to worry about anything. All in all very good hotel. I would like to visit again sure.

Absolute rubbish staff. They're so rude it's obnoxious. No manners how to talk to guests, will boss you around and make you feel like they're reluctant to have you stay. To avail complimentary breakfast you have to walk out of the hotel, cross the street and eat at a substandard branch of the hotel. Food is barely edible. Rooms are okay but location is dingy and you can expect no help or cooperation from staff as a foreign tourist, as they are only looking to take advantage of your discomfort. They'll not even be courteous enough to check you in early if you arrive, and will just keep you waiting in the lobby with all your luggage. Zero peace of mind.

The hotel is quite nice. The breakfast option is also very good considering a *** (3 star) hotel. Only the hotel is situated in a very crowded street (only 3 minutes from Pratunam Market). It also very hard to get a taxi here because the traffic jam caused by the market. Need to walk to the main road to get taxi. This would be a big problem if it's rainy. But overall, the service is quite good.

A well made hotel in midst of shopping area. Small compact cozy well maintained rooms. Worth a stay for business trips.
