Great, welcoming staff. Awesome views and really nice pool! The rooms are big, comfortable and modern. Good connection to the center with Chatrium barge. We felt pretty much at home and would definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel. Everything was superb. I was a travel agent when i was younger and i would recommend this hotel is the fussiest of traveller.The rooms are massive and beautifully furnished. The facilities are excellent and the location is wonderful. The staff are so polite and helpful. Fantastic value for money. Back home in Ireland you would pay £200+ per night to get similar. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay

Beautiful hotel on the riverfront. Buffet breakfast offered a huge range of Asian and western foods. The rooms were clean and had great balconies. The staff were all friendly, spoke great english and were very helpful. Only one bad thing, someone a floor below us was a chain smoker and we copped smoke fumes on the balcony for the first night until they checked out... apart from that no complaints.

Very nice! We only booked the day before and when checking in got upgraded (who doesn’t love that?). Lunch at the restaurant next to the river was excellent and breakfast has great variety. The pool is really cute and as a surprise there were some seats left so we didn’t have to fight for sun and towels. I cannot stress how good the location is. We stayed in a different hotel a few weeks back and traffic made getting around so difficult. The boat at Chatrium is reliable, comfortable and really convenient to get you to the main pier from where other ferries take you around. We will be back!

Had my wedding here plus many nights stay before and after. I have to admit I expected average but they truly gave remarkable service and I am so happy I went with them. If you are planning a wedding or somewhere to stay along the river, definitely consider this place!!
