The hotel is new and the owners are extremely kind! I lived in this building for 6 months as I entered a 6-month contract with them. Great hotel with a security guard. What I like about this building is that they have an elevator, they have washing machines which you can use for only 30 or 40 baht. It’s also very accessible as it’s at the roadside. However, to ride a bus, you’ll have to walk 5-10minutes. To reach the nearest train station, you may ride a bike for 15-20baht, taxi for 35baht, or bus for 8 baht, or walk for 18minutes.

Paper thin walls. You can hear every little noise from the room next to you. And forget about sleeping in, if there happens to be loud people on the same floor. EDIT: Now that I think back, this place doesn't really deserve more than 1 star. I once complained about a loud noise that some thai people were making in the room next to me which continued for hours and hours (It sounded like a bunch sick birds were screaming to each other. Strange how thai people can produce a sound like that when they're drunk) What was the solution... they offered me a room on the upper floor so that I don't have to hear the noise (ROTFL) Anyone, from a civilized part of the world, can understand how backwards that is. This place is suitable for thai people ONLY.

It's ok. It new so just really getting started but good and only 20 Euro clean.. nice people and if you look at Photo's you'll see 2 Great Places to eat only about 100 meters from Hotel, both turn left out side hotel ,one at same side the other just across the road, well worth the visit . Now 30th /08/ 2019 and I'm going back in December this year....see you there........

Very nice hotel quite far away from the centre of Bangkok but,easy access via BTS.metro....Nice and quiet away from the hub hub of the big city....Try it.

Great value. A basic but very clean and functional room. Good quality shower, comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff. A fantastic local restaurant just 100M away. 20M walk from the Robinson centre and 7 mins walj from the BTS station. Traffic noise from adjacent bus road but given the price was not an issue.
