Courteous staff. Room are of decent size. Amenities are good, some are a little older under current circumstances such as telex/international dialing directory. Bath robes, grooming kit, tea/ coffee, drinking water, safe; all are available.

A bit old, but the staff are friendly and helpful. The lobby area is huge, although they could do with more seating. Overall I would recommend the hotel to a friend, and would go back myself too

Convenient site to go anywhere Bangkok with nearby train stations, kids love it because cat cafe and MBK shopping center are walking distance. Old hotel but with 2 clean pools. Recommended.

The staff here are very nice, but from my time in Bangkok, most Thai people are nice. The building is old, but everything is in good working condition. There are several restaurants to choose from if you don't want to eat outside (which is silly because the street food is amazing and amazingly cheap), and a coffee shop. Two swimming pools on separate floors. The hotel room itself was basic; bed, tv, fridge, bathroom (with bidet, shower, and tub). You get what you pay for, since the room's not expensive. We booked directly from their website and they gave us a free late check-out. Upon check-out you can also leave your luggages there if you have late flights so you can still go out in the city.

Excellent hotel. Close to walking distance to all popular shopping centers: MBK, Paragon Siam. Adjacent to the hotel is a sky train station which makes life very easy. The hotel looks a bit outdated but has a nice feeling and great help from the staff. They also allow a shower in the pool before leaving for the airport.
