Everyone was great! We were very relaxed that I even fell asleep. We were offered tea and cold towel which was refreshing. Our girls were kind and considerate. We were treated with care and even given lemongrass tea (which I love) and some gifts. Thank you so much!

The hotel is well maintained. Staff is polite and accommodating. Breakfast was the best of the hotels we had stayed in through our Thailand vacation. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious enough to hold more than 4 people comfortably. Huge plus with the sky bar and the happy hour on the main floor bar too!

The rooms need to be updated. Not enough king beds for premium rooms. We had to sleep in two twin beds. Can’t push together. The bathroom is nice but mirror in a weird position. Had to use hair dryer without a mirror. The carpet in room was kind of nasty. The outside is really nice, inside area is nice, the breakfast has a wide range, New Year’s Eve party was pretty cool, upper restaurant on top of the hotel is nice and gym is pretty good quality and big with old equipment. Overall it is a nice hotel, just needs to update it’s rooms.

Misleading Be aware that if you book directly with the hotel you may not get the room you requested. We arrived to be told there were only twin rooms left and no apology Most websites show if there only twin rooms left when you book so that you can choose a different hotel if this is important to you We have been moved to a king room but the room has definitely seen better days with wallpaper starting to peel and stained worn carpet ( see photos) Definitely not 5 star We have been travelling in South East Asia for the last 3 weeks and the service throughout has been fantastic, cold drink and flannels on arrival , smiling , lovely service but not the case here . Shame this is our last hotel

The reception was very helpful and courteous. The rooms are very clean and staff makes up beds everyday with detailed attention to cleaning. We accidentally left locker open with currency and other valuables in it . The room attendant was so honest that nothing was lost. Breakfast excellent. All ticks from my family
