Shopping on the water is an interesting experience (all the shops are floating). The stores that are actually on the water seems to all have exactly the same things in a different order, but there are some unique stores on the other side of the street. It was interesting to walk through the area.

Mostly stands of more Chinese made Amsterdam items. I guess the 8000 shops didn’t have enough. I also think it some of the stands are either reselling lost or stolen items (or both). Odd to have used wallets, used backpacks, and have used toiletries all in one stand. If you pass those you will find a few true flea or antique stands. Have found some decent stuff a few times so worth a stop at those stands.

A lovely flea market selling jewellery, clothes and lots of articles. It has its own stop if using the metro and it’s a close walk from the city centre. Definitely worth checking out.

They head really great things there. Artisanal, treasures and food. All things I love. Highly recommend!
