Staying right now in one of the suites. Phones don't work and the motion lights trip inconsistently and infuriatingly anywhere they are. Nice place obviously per the brand but these smaller things have been bothering me. Update: Apparently this review was noticed by management and they have subsequently came in and fixed the lights and the phones along with a nice followup email. I'm pleased at the level of service and the outcome so I'm adding a star.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff couldn’t have been more polite, friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice. Spa was great. Unfortunately there was thumping music from the bar until 3am which meant a terrible night’s sleep on the Saturday. Dealt with well by the hotel staff though in the end.

Probably one of the best and most modern hotel in Amsterdam. Service is nice but not allowing a dog on the hotel premises is just ridiculous for such a innovative hotel. Rooftop bar is really nice, one of my favorite bars in Amsterdam.

The decor, the staff, the location was absolutely amazing! My go to drink is the Old Fashioned with a W twist and don't forget to eat at restaurant next door. I had the ribeye and it was absolutely amazing

So fancy. Decadent spa that was well worth it. Incredible service. Posh spot. Used to be a bank. The spa is all in black with piped in music. Incredibly well done. Sexy mirrors abound. Try swimming on your back and listen. You ll be rejuvenated.
