Very nice burger. Cooked fresh over a grill when you order which is nice, and very nice fries. A bit of a diner feel with high benches and the food cooked right next to you. Can get a bit smokey, but that's a good thing.

The Butcher makes my favorite burgers in Amsterdam, however this one is a little small with almost no places to sit. If you can i would recommend going to the Butcher Nine street as it offers more places to sit.

I must say, I have had a lot of burgers in my time, but this has jumped straight in at No. 1 in my best burger list. Superb, tasty, most and beautifully cooked. Thank you.
