Stayed here for 3 days and booked twin private. Location is the best thing about this hostel. Everything is near by from Madam Tussad to Red light districts to Canal rides to Main Train station, all of them are Walkable. Rooms were clean, Bathroom was bit small. Hotels turns into a rocking Pub in the night. They also have Bar come restaurant as its front gate. They provide Ear buds in case music is problem. Good service and food in the restaurant. Overall Good and worth it for a short stay. As its mostly full, recommend you to book in advance. Like if you find this review helpful. Cheers!!

The location is great, you can take a walk everywhere in Amsterdam from the hostel. Otherwise, we didn't know the hostel entrance was a bar, so, for people like us that prefer quiet places, this can be a problem. The staff is OK, nothing in special. Our room was small and hot. The beds were confortable.

Stayed in this Hotel in the early 2000s. Having stayed there once before it was my first call. Booked online and paid deposit for the time we were due to be there. Paid the Hotel the balance upon arrival. Once we got home we found out that they also charged us on our credit card to the absolute max the card could go. About $5000 US at the time. Contacted them, not interested, contacted embassy, not interested, told us to get a lawyer. Will never forget the experience of being ripped off so badly. Could not even fly back to sort it out either as they had my money....Twice... THINK TWICE BEFORE GOING HERE....

Got lucky to be in a room with nice people and one guy from the staff of the hostel who gave us a lot of tips. Nothing to complain, would certainty come back. Good vibe to have fun.

One of the great hostels that I have lived in so far. The staff is super friendly and even being sold out they accommodated me. Location has 100 marks out of 100 just couple hundred feet from Dam Square. Metro and Tram points are in a km radius. Close to lot of eateries and the famous district. Highly recommended
