The Shelter Jordan Amsterdam Hostel is located in Amsterdam’s city centre, right in the middle of the lovely and picturesque Jordaan area. The Jordaan in Amsterdam is famous for its beautiful canals, 17th century houses, elegant terraces, brown cafes, endless restaurants, and trendy boutiques. Our Amsterdam hostel is a 5-minute walk from the bus station, with busses straight to the airport. About the rest of the transportation, you barely need to worry. The Shelter Jordan is very well and centrally located in the city center. You can walk most of the city’s must-see attractions. If you prefer to explore the city a little faster, rent bikes with us to explore the city or beyond. On top of it, it is very conveniently located for public transport. There are trams running around the corner from the corner that can take you to all hidden gems the city has to offer. It is only a 10-minute ride to Central Station.

The breakfast was delicious, with different options everyday. The staff was very nice and kind and very helpful. the location was fantastic. Dorms were very clean with good mattress. I will surely recommend it to you.!

I was really impressed with the service. Every time you walk in at the reception there is always someone to greet you with his/her smile. Staff is very helpful. Little things like these make a difference.

best place to stay in Amsterdam. Wonderful and vey kind staff. I'll come back! Very clean and a good breakfast for free. Free Wifi and clean beds (no bed bugs!)

Well worth your time to check this place out. Good prices, friendly staff, activities, and reasonably priced dinners! If not a fan of bunk beds... then remember to ask for a lower bunk when making reservations. This is a Christian owned and run facility!

Nice cozy place to stay for a night.. I stayed in a dorm, nice staff, friendly checkin procedure.. Bathrooms were ok and there is a breakfast included with the stay.. The day I stayed they had pancakes.. As a solo traveler I had a very nice experience for the money we pay.. Highly recommend this place for solo travelers and for short stays..
