Very nice and comfortable with helpful reception staff and a decent restaurant. The bar is very good with a very helpful barman. I'd give it 5 stars but the room air conditioning didn't cool the room at all, even in February. Apparently you have to phone reception to ask them to set the temperature lower, which seems crazy. Good hotel though and very central

Very nice hotel right next to a city center and the Dam square. Rooms are clean and cozy. The bed is very comfortable. One of the best options to stay if you want to discover the city. It would take you 15 minutes to walk to the Dam square from the hotel.

Great hotel in central Amsterdam. The check-in process and the pricing needs improvement. For example, being cheaper as a walk-in than what is prepaid is ridiculous. The location is excellent.

Very convenient and beautiful location. Is a 15 minute walk to the central station(train). Beautiful streets and many small places to eat

Nice hotel, in modern conversion of older buildings. Room good size and comfortable, very comprehensive breakfast, helpful friendly staff.
