I don't think I've ever had better service. The staff is welcoming and genuinely doing everything to make your stay exceptional. They helped us secure dinner and canal tour reservations and their recommendations were great. The hotel itself is beautiful the rooms are good size with unique layouts. The breakfast is also excellent. The hotel is centrally located on a beautiful canal, everything is within walking distance.

This is clearly a top of the line hotel. The reception area was beautiful, everyone was gracious and being offered coffee, espresso and chocolate chip cookies on check in was great. Our room was spotless with lots of nice details. Super comfortable bed. Also the lounge bar had great food offerings for a quick lunch or snack and the on site restaurant was also excellent. Centrally located so you could walk to many areas of the city without needing an Uber or Cab. Loved this hotel

Great, quirky hotel. Beautifully clean, superb happy smiling helpful staff. Ideally located. Great bar! Worth a visit.
