Over the last few years the popularity of fish has skyrocketed as more and more people have become aware of the importance of diverse and healthy eating. However, there is still a feeling of frustration. Where can you find good quality fish for a good price in a cozy environment nowadays? It was time for change! We make fish accessible for everyone in a different way. Don’t expect a traditional restaurant when you open the doors to Pesca. We have thrown out all the old rules: no more menus, white linen or table service. It is all about the experience in the fish market where you get to choose your fish and side dishes! We have a dynamic pricing policy on the fish market. During the day, the fishmongers continuously decrease the price of the fish to sell out all the fish we have available. An awesome place to go to for a great vibe and excellent food! A fun concept and have a variety of fish/seafood to try, so you can be as safe or adventurous as you want. I recommend reservations and going before 8:30 (otherwise they start to run out of options)

Awesome place to go with a big group, but you'll need to make the reservation in advance. There are a few price options ranging from 40-60€ per person. Great drinks with a variety of options. The fish was incredible, we went with the option for the chefs to choose the plates for us and it turned out wonderfully! Even the people who were skeptical at first ended up loving everything.

If you like seafood, then this is a must! A great concept where you pick out what types of fish you like before sitting down; then pick your drink to go with it; and sit back and relax! Very chilled atmosphere with quality food.

Loved the experience, the vibe, and the food of course! The staff also recommended the perfect wine for us as they didn’t have what we wanted. Overall, A bit pricey but def worth a visit!

One of our best meals in Amsterdam. Everything very fresh and cooked to perfection. Great wine selection. Nice vibe cozy environment. Staff accommodating and friendly. Price, not cheap but worth it!
