The stay we had was awesome. The front desk was super friendly. I have to give props to the gentleman who helped me mail a post card in the middle of checking in a group of flight attendants and workers. Super nice about it and didnt miss a beat. The view we had was wonderful

The rooms had a very strange smell to them. The smell of a faulty drains. Really bad. The beds are horrible. You can feel the bed springs from the mattresses. Thin duvet and no extra blankets in the room. I was cold all night. Do not believe the reviews. I paid 165.78 EUR for 1 night incl breakfast. The hotel is old, out dated. This is not a 4 star hotel. This is an old out dated motel. Staff is lovely. But the kindness of the staff does NOT make up for this motel. Waste of money.

Nice and spacious rooms. The staff is really helpful and friendly. Will highly recommend staying here. Hotel location is really nice with major attractions just a short walk away. Plenty food and drink options nearby.

We stayed for two days. My room was front facing which gave a good view of rising sun. Location is good as it's only 5 to 8 mins walk from museum square. The food was good and has equal balance for veg and non veg. Rooms were clean and staff is active. Over all good experience and worth for money.

Very well placed for sighseeing, easy to walk to bus and tram stops and restaurants. Taxis are expensive so this helps. A bit bland and characterless, a little like a Premier Inn, but very clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Breakfast was perfectly adequate, if not very exciting. Rooms clean, comfortable and warm. Plenty of space and a good bathroom. Lovely views over the canal as it is right on the bank. We got a deal so it was excellent value. Would use again.
