Centrally located, low fringe hotel. Rooms are on the smaller side, with only minimum amenities. Breakfast is sort of a snack (cereal, bread, jam, ...). Coffee is free and good quality. Overall, a lower budget place to explore Amsterdam.

I booked a short stay consisting of 3 nights at this hotel, however on Christmas Day I was notified of terrible news and due to unforeseen circumstances I need to cancel this short stay, including this hotel reservation and flights from London to Amsterdam. On Christmas Day, 3 days after booking my stay at the Mozart, I requested for the hotel to waive the cancellation fee (being 100% of the booking cost aka requesting for some if not all, of a refund) however the hotel declined immediately with no explanation within 24 hours of Christmas Day by just stating 'declined'. I am devasted with this customer service, as not only can I not experience this holiday to Amsterdam due to unforeseen circumstances, I am losing a lot of money for not being refunded, despite booking so recently plus the unfortunate circumstances, no consideration nor customer satisfaction was practiced and thus I am deeply saddened by this and will not be recommending booking with this hotel to anyone, for these reasons.

The hotel is in a good position, but apart from that the room was literally dirty and the hotel personnel not helpful. Low quality service that is even costly. Not worth the money, if you go to Amsterdam, look for another place.
