Such a wonderful hotel! Amazing service and hospitality. The room was clean and the concierge helped us plan everything we did in the city. The lobby is nice and spacious, and there's a nice cocktail bar attached as well. Very modern rooms. We had a great view of the street and the trams going back and forth. Room Service was delicious - we got Korean fried chicken wings and Herb fries - so good. Location is really good - it's out of the way of the main hustle and bustle, but it has easy access to everything. Enjoy!

Hotels is very centrally located, check in was a bit hectic. Arrived early and took passports. Was told we didn't select any preferences for type of bed which I definitely did. Room wasn't ready and was told I'd get a call when it was. Came back later after several hours and no call, ro wasn't ready. Had to repeat the check in process. After this it was fine. Room was comfortable, little small of you're staying a few nights. Didn't have breakfast at hotel as many options nearby. Love the lounge areas.

Great energy and ambiance. The staff are very helpful and warm. Decor is quite quirky and unique. Very convenient as it is almost right across the train station and walking distance to a lot of local attractions. I think overall a great venue for leisurely travels.

Let's start, from the main flaw, and that is that this hotel I do not know how it can have 5 stars. Mind you it may be a good 4 star, but 5 seems too much for a hotel where, at check in they don't give the possibility to find the baggage directly in the room and that despite the check in was at 3 pm and the room was delivered at 5, well over 2 hours late, without apology and without even having a glass of water offered to us. Here is not really a 5-star treatment. Breakfast was good, but not 5 stars, the room is nice but without many precautions, basic the 5 stars, for example the courtesy sets are very basic. The shower, as shown in the attached photograph, has limestone that has been around for some time and nobody cares about it. The gentleman who checked us in first made several mistakes and was anything but polite. The hotel is very tastefully decorated and is in a lovely location, that's why we chose it, but maybe next time we will try something else.

This was not a completely pleasant experience. I did not have a good night's sleep on both nights I was there. You could hear the person next door through the walls. Loud enough that it kept me awake most of the night. The hotel food was great and the people who worked there were very helpful and pleasant. It is just the noise in the room that spoiled it for me.
