We were greeted with friendly staff who were very helpful. The hotel has a very high standard in cleanliness, especially in the sauna and steam room! Great breakfast, very tasty and the location was pretty much perfect with tram stop outside. Would definitely stay again!

Loved our stay here. All staff were friendly and attentive. The room was gorgeous - it had a hot tub in the room! Very nice deco, can't wait to return again

Best hotel we have stayed in in Amsterdam. Very clean and tidy and lobby area is fantastic. Only reason not 5 star is that the rooms pictured on booking don't really represent a true image of the rooms. Rooms are spacious and again immaculate but are slightly dated.

The hotel seems to be in transition. The workout room, sauna, and steam room are new and nice. Our room was old and dumpy. The visible dust line between the room and under the bed was telling. The lobby is nice and comfortable. Overall, I would not recommend and will not be returning.

Why put guests in rooms next to and below rooms being renovated? Woken up with drilling and banging very early in the morning. Good location though.
