I travel 40 weeks a year and base reviews on cleanliness, comfort, and location. Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is a delight for a weekend trip. The staff is highly trained. Rooms are clean and comfortable. While my room was on floor 1 facing the street, there was little to no noise or distraction. This location is steps away from city transit making it easy to get everywhere. Nestled in a cozy neighborhood it allows you to have fun at your own pace, and get back to the room for rest. The restaurant on-site is good. I thought the eggs at breakfast were wonderful, the staff a pleasure. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Amsterdam. My only input is to provide better WiFi, I struggled at times with connection drops. Nothing big for a weekend getaway, but would be a problem if working.

Great stay on New Yeas Eve- hotel left truffles in the room. Pretty standard Hyatt Regency experience- really enjoyed the spacious clean gym. Lots of weights, machines, and cardio equipment. Room was spacious and I loved the botanical decor. Location is a bit out of the center of things, but it’s close to a tram stop and the Metro.

I didn't stay here but we had Indonesian dinner in the hotel restaurant which was absolutely delicious; best Indonesian food I ever had. The lobby and restaurant look amazing, staff was very friendly and professional. Paid parking on the street for the usual high Amersterdam fees.

Really pleasant stay. Service was on point. Breakfast was brilliant. Love the plants throughout the hotel grounds. Location is a bit further from city center but I personally don't mind walking. Room is clean and spacious.

Very pleasant stay. Service was on point. We were there during ADE, so all hotels including the Regency were filled up. Nevertheless, the service provided was top notch. Carolina at the front desk specifically went above and beyond to get us reservations were practically impossible to get. Overall treatment at the hotel was impeccable. The room was also spacious and the bathroom (specifically the shower) left something to desire at all hotels.
