My honest review on this hotel. It is really good for its price. Nice service and clean rooms. But... no elevators and if your room is on 4th floor you need really CLIMB like to Everest! And if you missed which path to take - you need again go down and again CLIMB! Am I going to stay there again? Probably yes.

We had a problem with Visa. We already explained them the situation several times and management of hotel was not helpful. I have never seen that kind of people who are really far away from kindness. We are really victim here. Please think twice if you would stay in this hotel.

Really good quality for the price. Staff was very helpful, reactive and acomodating when we asked for things. Rooms arent amazing like sheraton maybe but theyre spacious, clean , theres balcony , cant complain. Flat screen tv, wifi , hair dryer , really nice continental breakfast , overall good location , 5min away from Rijksmuseum and tram stop, will recommend to friends and family.

We stayed in room 46, on the fourth floor. Me and my wife were sleeping when we hear rustling noises so I turned on the light of my phone. We saw a rat/mouse on the table in front of the bed. I tried to take a picture of it, but it went down a hole, through the heater pipes super fast.

Nice place. 20 min walk from the town centre. Veny nice and kind staff.
