Until the beginning of this century the monumental building was home to the timber trade family business 'Houthandel van de Vijsel'. Here you’ll find a property’s past and present, blended into one. This is our second time staying, it was just as perfect as the first time. The hotel itself is really gorgeous, it feels very chic but comfortable. The staff are amazing, everyone that we dealt with was super helpful and polite. The location is great, you are very central but it a quieter part of the city. We have decided to make coming here an annual tradition we loved it so much! P.s the beds are amazing!

I'm a travel agent and chose to stay here for my birthday, it was amazing! The bed is the the most comfiest I've ever slept in and the shower I didn't want to get out of. The rooms are quite dark but I took a travel mirror with a light so it wasn't a problem. The location is fantastic, the number 397 bus from the airport takes you around the corner from the hotel and is 6.50 euros each. Staff are very friendly and you can leave your bags if you have a later flight. Will definitely be returning!

Loved our stay at this place! Great modern design and vibes! Nice staff, everybody is friendly and speak great English! Location is very good too - you’re not far from touristy spots, but also get to enjoy more “normal” city life. Would stay again!

Lovely place to stay. Good hospitality and very clean rooms. The downside is the rooms are very small, no clothes cabinets and no complimentary water. Other than that, it’s good

Such a unique and beautiful hotel! Everyone was very friendly and helpful from taking our luggage when we arrived before check-in to giving us information on how to catch the bus to the airport. We elected to stay in a smaller room which was at a very reasonable price given the quality and area.
