You will find numerous bars, theaters and cozy restaurants in the lively and busy Red Light District. The hotel is already a few hundred years old. Until 1900 it was still eleven separate buildings with pubs and above that the so-called "shipman's lodgings". These buildings are now connected to each other by means of stairs, corridors and passageways, but they have all retained their own character. This makes all 46 rooms unique with its own face and history.

Gorgeous little hotel, nice breakfast buffet if anything the lay out was very cramped leading to several plates ending up on the floor due to people shoving past, I would recommend moving it to a more open area or around the bar instead of in that cramped square to prevent accidents happening! The gentleman at the front desk as always lovely and welcoming and was very helpful too

Great location, really nice crew. Fresh breakfast (the same two days in a row). Nice, big room with good view. Perfect for my short trip.

Old but nice and welcoming hotel. Room has some smell, probably from linen softener. Toilet is way too small. Pricing is ok, according to the prices in surrounding.
