Great hotel! This is a nice and peaceful location. The views of the water are excellent. You can not hear any noise from outside. Elsie at the front desk is very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Breakfast is great and the staff is nice. The room is decent. Sink in the livingroom and the shower is designed so the water goes into the whole bathroom. The cleaning staff is what makes it 3 stars instead of 4. For example that the forks and spoons you borrow from the lobby does not get taken with the cleaning staff when the room is «done», or that the bedsheets arent changed every day. These are small things that just bring the value down i guess. Things that are expected by a 4-star hotel. +That it is not a fridge in the room, but you can put some things in the staff-fridge if you ask nicely. Overall nice stay, just some things that could have been better.

Nice hotel. Tho it looks like it's right in the city with great water views it is a bit out of the way to get to from attractions, also we had a balcony off our room that was unnacessble to us which was weird. Very posh inside. Great soaking tub and shower big rooms very clean and friendly.

Great hotel, a 15min bus ride from Centraal. Didnt seem to be many shops nearby so plan ahead on water and snacks. Bar was opened till 10-11pm You literally have boats going past your window, it was an uneasy feeling to be honest, especially at night when I opened the curtains for the first time.. And I live on a boat! Nice, clean hotel friendly staff. Would go again.
