The hotel was without doubt, fantastic! Clean, very modern, the staff couldn’t be more helpful and very welcoming! We were upgraded after joining the rewards program and they arranged Something for my partners birthday, we were greeted with welcome notes and little gifts nearly everyday. The room was amazing too, we didn’t have a view of the square but that didn’t matter and wasn’t important to us. The breakfast was crazy incredible on variety and worth a try! If you want somewhere for a couples get away, this is it!

NH Grand Krasnapolsky Amsterdam is an absolutely fantastic Hotel :) I visit Amsterdam regularly and always stay at the Grand Krasnapolsky Hotel because the customer service is excellent. All the staff are very polite and helpful. I would also recommend paying for the breakfast buffet when you are booking your room. The food is absolutely fantastic and there is a large selection of food to cater for everyone's taste. I have stayed in around 10 Hotels in Amsterdam and NH Grand Krasnapolsky is definitely the best :)

Location: Perfect, right in the heart of the city, walking distance to absolutely everything. You could not choose a better location for seeing the city by foot. Hotel: Luxury, the hotel inside and out is beautiful. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Concierge was excellent, very helpful and recommend some excellent places. The bar is excellent, great staff and they made us some amazing cocktails, the bar snacks were to die for. Room: Beautifully classy clean room, everything was of great quality, could not fault it. Overall this is a luxury 5 star hotel right in the heart of Amsterdam, it delivers a true 5 star experience with local friendliness. We will definitely be staying here again as we could not fault it.

This is an expensive hotel right in the centre of Amsterdam. Great location, but apart from that it was disappointing. I booked a supreme room and supposedly got an upgrade for joining their members club. We got a room in the annex which was quite small and narrow. The doors were poor so you could hear everything in the hallway outside and there was no privacy in the bathroom. When I arrived I went to the Tailor bar and ordered a gin and tonic. I was told in an off hand way he would get to it after he completed an order and brought me glass of water. My drink never arrived and I went to the bar round the corner where the staff were friendly and chatty and I got served straight away. Had similar poor service 2 days later, the staff are more concerned with chatting with each other than serving customers. Breakfast was good, although the breakast hall is large and noisy and it would have been good if someone had explained what was on offer. All in all we had a nice stay, but you can do much better in Amsterdam.

I went to the hotel bar (The Taylor) and it was awesome. Nice vibe, cool music, beautiful people and nicely done cocktails. And to top it up Daniele in the bar was super nice, great host and really good hospitality.
