By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Very small, but perfect for one or a couple. The most comfortable beds!! I wish the developers of these hotels would renovate in the US!

Stayed here for a night and they asked me to deposit 100euro which i understand is standard procedure. But they have not yet returned this amount. The bathroom wasn’t clean as well but since it was just one day I did not bring it up, I was busy.

Beautiful hotel. 5 star service and friendly, helpful staff . I also have a video of the hotel junior suite room in YouTube Chanel - travel with me . I would def stay with them again .

Amazing hotel! Our booking came with free breakfast which was amazing (croissants and cheese and meat and pancakes!) The room was very comfortable and modern. They have USB ports to charge your devices instead of having to use a converter. The bathroom had the best shower. (Rain shower and hand held) with perfect pressure. The bathroom floors were heated as well. The location is perfect and in a beautiful and safe area. We extended our stay in Amsterdam 1 night and stayed at a different hotel nearby that had a higher * rating but Mercier was way better for a better price. I will be telling anyone who visits Amsterdam to stay here
