Stayed here in December for 3 nights - it was a great experience, breakfast was brilliant and so tasty, enjoyed the chilled out atmosphere, there is a lift too.. it's also very friendly too... It's only downside is bathroom little small and the room is very basic but for my needs it was perfect

Downstairs was nice and welcoming and breakfast on the Friday was fantastic with a lovely lady who couldn't do enough. However on the weekend we had to ask for more bacon twice which was greeted with a moody sigh and the second day undercooked bacon!! The rooms were awful cramped and small with no room to move around. We couldn't even open the bathroom door properly as the bed was directly next to it!! I must make one positive comment. The reception staff namely a young lady and a recently employed man were exceptional. Friendly helpful and a credit to the hotel. Please get the rooms updated and room enough to be able to dress in them without bashing into each other!!

Very friendly and helpful staff, we got a free map of Amsterdam upon check in, good advice and helpful information. The room was good, with air conditioner and we never felt cold. Everything worked and was easy to use. Comfortable bed, clean room, lady cleaning our room was friendly and polite. Would go back there if visiting Amsterdam in the future.

Great little hotel just a 5 minute tram ride from the centre. Great breakfast, comfy rooms. Nice outdoor garden area too. Staff really friendly.

Well priced, comfortable and friendly. Well located for the museums and lots of eating places just over the canal.
